The sky is low and it's cold. A light mist covers the city. You can barely see the snow-capped Andes in the distance. Santiago has charming neighborhoods and has everything a modern metropolis. Its rich history and culture is not extraordinary. We still spend an exciting day to explore its different neighborhoods, from a wide avenue in a park, a small cobbled street in a market place.
